Jeff Olsen, Esq., AWI-CH

Jeff is a Workplace Investigator and Employment Attorney based in California.

For over a decade, Jeff has provided his clients with a business-first approach to employment law advice and training. His legal practice focuses on counseling and defending employers in all aspects of human resources and employment law, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour claims, class actions, leaves of absence, and other related issues.

Prior to founding Olsen Workplace Solutions, Jeff worked as an employment litigator for multiple distinguished law firms. Jeff has a well-rounded perspective, also having worked as the Vice President of Human Resources and in-house employment counsel for different companies.

In recent years, Jeff has leveraged his litigation background into working as an independent workplace investigator. As a neutral workplace investigator, Jeff helps his California clients meet their legal obligations through timely, impartial, and fair investigations of all types of workplace complaints and concerns, including allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, policy violations, bullying, and assault. Jeff conducts investigations for agencies and businesses of all sizes and all industries.
